Community colleges and Universities offer wine tasting classes (100% of colleges). Costs about 300-500. You can taste many wines and have to spit them.
I took two classes. One in NY and one in Colorado. My personal opinion is cost of the wine has nothing to do with the taste. However it may give hang over or not is a different thing. That's why I told RK go for the local brands. Which will be cheap. But occasion like this requires Expensive one.

It is very tough close fight based on my several resources...TDP dumped lot of money, police also helped them, still congress is in upbeat here..you can understand what kind of people pull by Jagan anna and congress did in Kuppam...major accomplishment ..60K victory to too tight to call the race..what else you want..
