YSR also mobiliseed the poor, the working classes and the middle classes in both the Rural and Urban Areas by his consistent campaign against the TDP.

98% of Kapus support Chiru.
99% of Kammas support TDP.

Only 70-75% of Reddies support YSR.
This is not because they are anti-YSR but they are pro-TDP.

Winning Strategy

This can be a good strategy.

--> Polls should be in October , November.
--> Election Commission should declare the dates in July.
--> Chiru will start his publicity from May 1.
--> Overwhelm AP public with schemes and steps that will directly benefit them. This is to take some attention away from Chiru.
--> The schemes should be such that it directly benefits 90% of the voters.
--> Involve MLA's in the scheme implementation so that anti-MLA feeling gets mitigated.
--> Strategy to be centralised from KVP cabin and implementation to be decentralised through YSR and MLA's.
--> YS Jagan personally oversees strong areas so that opposition does not grow in strength.
--> Do not directly / indirectly attack Chiru. Get Close to people via big scheme implementations.

--> The MLA candidates should be financially strong and should start campaigning from July/August.
--> In each constituency, MLA's should identify weak areas , and aggresively buy the confidence of these areas.

--> Allott 20-30 crores of private money for each winnable constituency i.e. total around 5000 to 6000 crores. 20 crores can come from candidate and the remaining from party.
--> Get the official machinery ( govt + police ) to provide direct material benefits to people in a aggressive manner.
--> Voters should be thinking 'What scheme next' and not 'When Chiru is coming to my constituency'.
